Active URL and document links?

    Active URL and document links?

    In OneNote, I can insert a URL or paste a shortcut to a file--thus enabling me to open the site or file from within the program. It would be great to be able to open such links from within Lightning.

    Apparently this is now working in the latest closed beta to select users.

    Why they do not choose to release it "public", I'm not sure...

    The most recent version of Lightning is included in the WordPerfect Office X4 release. Some of you have been trying it out in a private beta. At thjis time the only way to get it is as part of the WPO suite.

    So, does this mean that Wordperfect Lightning is no longer a free product? I have to upgrade my X3 Office Suite if I want an updated version of the program or fixes?
