    I purchased Office back in 2002, registered and everything.  All of a sudden I don't have anything but WordPerfect 10 - everything else is gone.  When I tried to open a spreadsheet sent to me in Excel, I received a notice that my "trial" copy of QuattroPro had expired.  I don't believe my purchase was a "trial."  What do I do now?  Thanks.

    Where did you buy it?  Was it an OEM version?  Have you installed any trials of WPO since? 

    I am not saying this is the case with you.  But I have seen cases where users have bought cheap versions online (usually bootleg) and they receive OEM versions from these places.  Then they behave differently than what you would want/expect.

    Please let me know further details on how you received the product and details of your system.
