Are you still having the issue? One hting to note is that the synch does just that - so if you upload new notes it will erase your old ones on the server. I wasn't sure from your note if you were aware of that (or if you thought it would increment).
If you are still having the issue the first thing I would check was your username, password and space name. Usually that is the cause of such errors.

Hi Jay, thanks for your response.
Unfortunately I am still having the problem. It's not that my notes have been erased it's just that I can't sign on to access them (or save them) through the WordPerfect Lightning program. I'm sure I'm entering the right information but I keep getting the message "problems are preventing communication with Corel online services. Please try again later."
I was able to access some of them via the Lightning Portal Workspace but the notes I had saved in individual folders are not there. I checked my username, password and domain name and as far as I can tell I am entering all the correct information.
I also tried to reset my password (just in case) and an email was supposed to be sent to me with instructions on hold to do so but one was never sent. Very frustrating!
